      - Great CEO who is very actively involved, genuinely cares about the product and customers. - Clearly defined vision and plan to accomplish it. - Great product that solves a very real problem. - Nice people, welcoming, smart, and hard working. - Startup atmosphere, but also one that is established enough that you do not have to worry about the company shutting their doors next week. - Happy customers - Competitive salary and benefits

      Cons

      - Some internal processes are not clearly defined yet, however with recent changes I am confident this will change in the near future. - No 401k match, although this is common in start ups I have found. - Not a wide variety of La Croix flavors.

      Pros

      The greatest assets I can see for Celigo is that it's a company that knows where it's going, and hiring the right people for the job is a high priority for them. It's also refreshing to be a part of a project that starts and finishes on time, because the solution we're selling has been religiously fine tuned and tested. It makes it easy to stand by what we implement. Lastly, Celigo does a tremendous job of keeping us in the loop, on where we're at right now, and any news for the company. It's lovely!

      Cons

      Because Celigo works hard to improve all of their processes and create new connectors, changes are frequent. I don't doubt that we'll get a hold of the most efficient process and streamline new product introductions, but right now, it's a little messy.
