You’ll always be expected to be doing something. It sort of feels like an Asian sweatshop- they really want you to always be doing the max amount all the time.

Supportive upper management and great co-workers make work enjoyable. While the ability to wear different hats within a role encourages growth.

Cons

The workload, within a small department. If one person is out, it’s felt. It also makes vacations less enjoyable as there will be catch up on return. The leadership is aware and trying to change this.
