-Given its industry, the company puts quality above all else. The entire organization is dedicated to putting patient care as its top priority. -At its current size, CellNetix is a great place to work for for someone who isn't looking to retire within the next few years. After years of non-stop growth, the company is ready to develop its employees. For someone who wants to learn and grow beyond being a lab assistant, this definitely is a great time to work for this company.

-fast-paced, deadline focused, must perform at the top of your game at all times. (good or bad, depends on how you see it)

Pros

Located in Capital Hill, Cellnetix is a private pathology laboratory that serves most major medical institutions in the greater Seattle area. If you're looking for a career working in a laboratory, Cellnetix is a great place to start. The people who work at Cellnetix are great.

Cons

Unfortunately, the compensation is low for non-professional positions when compared to their competitors. Job titles are misleading and responsibilities shift constantly -- that is to say, their expectations for you will change. The company only values their doctors and treats all others as mere plebians. There is no room to advance at Cellnetix.
