      The most family-friendly, collaborative place you could work. If you have things to say you will be heard and you can see the change you want.

      Cons

      We must always work on our communication between Sales and Delivery but we are doing this.

      Great comp for some, bad culture for all. Acquisition on the horizon.

      Pros

      Compensation can be great if you work your way to the right account. Some truly great people work here. Amazing work/life balance.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, lots of turnover, expensive benefits, elementry sales enablement tools, zero centralized sales training/success team, and an exec team that is only focused on selling the company.

      Overall, a strong company

      Pros

      Great people. I enjoy getting up and going to work everyday. I’m given the bandwidth to grow and stretch as much as I want in my role, which is important for me to stay happy in a work environment. If you suggest something, it is actually considered and valued which at a lot of larger companies would never happen.

      Cons

      Nervous about having to go on their healthcare next year because I’ve heard terrible things about it as a benefit- which I think is a pretty common issue at companies. Some of the goals people are held to could be updated- but I think they are adjusting those soon. It would also be nice to have more exposure to people in other branches.
