Coworkers are generally great people, definitely more of a social environment.

Cons

Culture can easily turn backwards with a poor branch manager. Benefits aren't anything to write home about.

- I report to easily the best boss I've ever had. I think the majority of employees here have pretty solid relationships with their supervisors. - Genuine culture of caring and respect for others. - Meaningful focus on learning and development. LinkedIn Learning access is provided to all staff, there's a structured onboarding process, and professional development opportunities. - Plenty of opportunities for recognition and to stand out as a top performer. - Great work/life balance. LOVE the unlimited PTO.

Cons

As a sales based organization, teams could use a little more "culture of competition". Seems complacency is easy to fall into.
