Great work-life balance (Leave at 3pm on Friday's)! Office's participate in fun team building activities.

Cons

There can be some lapses in training where as you move along in terms of time spent here, standard procedures and protocols are thought to be understood but are never addressed or explained. Management does not survey the employees enough about how satisfied they are at any given time or with new transitions.

The BOSS Group has given me such an invaluable opportunity to advance my career and thrive in the staffing industry! I have met some incredible mentors and co-workers over the years and have made huge strides in my career. The BOSS Group also offers some really competitive employee incentives and perks and keep adding more to the list each year! If you come to work with great attitude, work hard, genuinely like working in staffing, and follow the process you you will be super successful here.

Cons

Inter-office / branch camaraderie, I would love more opportunities for face to face time with key players in our other branches!

Great level of transparency throughout the company related to financials, employee performance, and future initiatives. Good incentives offered to employees i.e. President's Club trip. Continuous opportunities offered for learning and development.

Cons

Turnover in the Branch Manager position is high and should be focused on a little more.
