Pros

Some people are nice, decent PTO, the ability to leave for a better job. If you have no need for money and like to be constantly annoyed, this would be a nice place to work.

Cons

Culture is terrible. Lowest pay in MA biotech. Claims to value DEI but only promotes people of certain races. Major lack of employee development, uneven and unfair expectations, small percentage raises that don't come close to rate of inflation so you're losing money doing the same pay. High turnover because everyone new either hates it and leaves, or uses it to work somewhere better.

Gain experience in EM .

Cons

Poor management, low pay, expect to be rushed through training and have to " be a team" every time the more senior employees don't want to clean up what they need to. Any feedback falls flat and is not taken seriously. The teams culture involves passive aggressiveness ," ball busting" and joking about things that are not appropriate. Zero diversity - mistakes are poorly tolerated and management favors only those they like. A revolving door.

Pros

The people are well and truly the best part about working at Celldex. From the get go, everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. There is a distinct lack of egos and the company has done an incredible job with their executive leadership in terms of talent, knowledge and gender balance.

Cons

Nothing so far! Only minor would be it’s a smaller company growing and so communication is constantly being improved on.
