Experience at Cellebrite MLC

Pros

Working at Cellebrite has been very rewarding. I am blessed with an exceptional manager that really invests in me and takes the time to coach and develop me professionally. He is always there to help me if I get stuck, and he always makes time for me if I need him. The work environment is fast-paced, which means two things: 1) it's never boring, since there are always things to do, and 2) there are several opportunities to make a difference. The office environment is a fun place to work, and the people here have a work hard - play hard philosophy.

Cons

With all the excitement and fast-paced culture, there can sometimes be demanding deadlines to meet. An internal company-wide survey found that work-life balance was an area for improvement.

Pros

-I'm a very picky in jobs but this company was one of the better places I happened to work in. -very positive, happy atmosphere and people that are confident to raise their own ideas to innovations within the firm. -very interesting and (most latest news)materia to work on: security/vulnerabilities of mobile phones.... - developing , researching and being exposed to hacking techniques in the mobile forensic and syncing world. - work life balance - convenient geographic location - easy traffic and many places to eat around - bonuses and salary improvements

Cons

- open space with little privacy - screen and audio both exposed to all by-passers... - many obsolete infrastructures and platforms within the sw environment, that must be changed but persist to be maintained for luck of time and courage ...which stand in contrast to the recent updated data extraction techniques being used on top of this platforms.
