Pros

Good products. Some great people. Great global corporate and product management. Marketing, Services and Support are stellar - globally and in the Americas.

Cons

Within North America only: No feedback for improvement provided at the level where decisions are made - highest level possible in the Americas. No time provided to improve. Does not promote a collaborative environment which one would think of when they think of a company this size. Does not proactively develop people, so there really is no career progression or succession strategy either.

Pros

- I work at Cellebrite since 2010. Until 2012, It was not so bad to work here. - Nice party each year.

Cons

- All senior managers (VPs, Directors) came from start-up and have absolutely no idea, no skills and experience to manage a company of 500 employees. - Too much politics. if you are a "snake", you will progress very fast but if you are professional, you will be fired. - Very poor and bad communication - You can have 2 people in the same room that should work together and that will have no idea about what everyone is doing. - Very aggressive culture, very bad atmosphere to work, a lot of aggressive people that can not talk without yelling. - Managers treat you as a slave and not as a human. They are selfish and they don't respect you. They are lying all the time and are trying to manipulate you. - You work on vacation (even for Yom Kippur), on Friday and Saturday. And of course you will work if you are sick and each day very late and you won't get any financial compensation for that. - A lot of developers are very not professional. They write very bad code with no documentation. The software has thousands of defects and most of them are catched by customers and not by QA.

Pros

Good working environment with high quality people. Great opportunities for self development. Very interesting field of work (Mobile forensics)

Cons

Cellebrite is a relatively large company (about 500 employees) but sometimes it still behaves and operates as if it was a small start-up
