Horrible micro managing. Pay is extremely low for the amount of work and stress you this place forces you to do. Management promotes a clic-ish and mean girl mentality between employees. Processes are outdated. Avoid this place at all cost. I put in 3 yrs and every day I walked in planning my escape.
