Pros

Commission only, work life balance, promotes from within, plenty of ways to earn income. Leadership does great at being fair and trying to improve the market as a whole. Constant change keeps things interesting and unique.

Cons

A lot of income comes from store traffic, you can spend as much time as you want calling leads but store traffic will always be a large portion of your income. Sometimes it can feel as if you do all you can and you still fall short.

Pros

Working at Cellular Sales is a pro in itself, if you put the effort into your work and into yourself everyday, Cellular Sales really recognizes that work you do. As well as it teaches you how to build you client base, whether you had one walking in or non at all. What I love is there is no penalty other than hurting yourself if you don’t want to work since it is 100% commission.

Cons

Really no cons to this job. I will say, having back supports on some of the stools would be extremely nice. Having those 8 hour shifts sometimes working a double with no back support all day really plays a toll on physical health. As someone who’s tall and has bad back pain that be awesome!!
