Very solid company with much room for advancement and extremely potential for high compensation.

Pros

Ability to be your own boss and not have to report to superiors so long as you conduct your business ethically.

Cons

Inconsistent work schedule with constantly varying hours. Regularly scheduled meeting times outside of actual shifts without compensation and later store closing hours which more often than not prove unprofitable.
