      Pros

      The people at Cellular Sales are wonderful, and make the job so much more enjoyable. Sales can be challenging, and I;'m very grateful to work with Coworkers that are team oriented and supportive. Upper Management and executive leadership are encouraging and also provide incentives, dinners, contests and etc to keep things competitive but fun and team oriented. Good work life balance. I averaged 30 hours while in school, and 35 now that Im graduated and still made $67,000 last year.

      Cons

      Angry customers, customer care, etc... An unavoidable part of the job is defusing situations with clients who had a poor experience.

      Pros

      Amazing hours. You can pretty much choose your own schedule. It is 100% commission which some say is a con, but to me this means you can make what you want to make. If you want to work 50 hrs you can, or you can work 20. Whatever fits your lifestyle.

      Cons

      Honestly, the only con is the occasional negative coworker. Those exist no matter where you work, so you just have to be self motivated.
