      None at all. This company really needs help in management and leadership. Company rules and policies are not always enforced.

      Horrible management & poor leadership overall! A lot goes on that is over looked due to the lack of morals and ethics in the management of this company.

      Pros

      Ability to make good money if you are a hustler and get in a good location. The sky i the limit.

      Cons

      There is a lot of driving. Before, I accepted an offer to move down to the Orlando area for this job, I asked and was told I would not have to drive out of my home district (Nascar = Volusia County) more than twice a week. In reality, I was driving out of the area 4-5 days a week. I could put 800 miles a week on my car easily; for a retail job?
