      Pros

      Great sales job with reasonable goals and huge potential for amount of money that can be made. Hours are also very flexible, can be a very fun and challenging place to work.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Small management staff means the entry level employees make more money! However, that means there are fewer promotions as well.
