Pros

Unlimited earning potential, and ability to build a customer base for referrals and return business.

Cons

Management is very uncoordinated and not very helpful when it comes to dealing with problems. If you have problems with other reps going to managers rarely helps as they basically tell you to deal with it yourself. If a store is not busy, they insist staffing more people at it will stimulate business but since there is no hourly pay all it does is mean you will have 6 customers walk in on a slow day and 5 people working making nothing. If you don't make commission goals they pay you $12 an hour but you will have to pay that money back to them when you start making over that. Some reps that have had bad months have seen themselves $5,000 in debt to this company.

Pros

great people to be around for the most part, there were those few that were not very helpful. Very flexible with work schedule.

Cons

Crappy part is you have to drive all over the place to actually work. You dont get to have a customer base and get to know them and be in the area all the time. Sure you can give them your number and they can call you but you're almost never in the same store month to month.

Pros

great culture, great people, great compensation, great training, professional environment, not micromanaged, great rewards, 100%commission so you get to make your money, flexible and self made schedule, great structure. empowers their employees to be independent business owners, incentivizes you to go the extra mile. company will allow you to better yourself educationally or work with your schedule if you are in a branch of military, going to college, have family issues. you are treated like a business partner and expected to conduct yourself as one. great pay structure and you control your destiny of how much you make, what days and shifts you work by your performance. very good performance based pay structure. good competitive health benefits. very diverse staff. great work environment. shifts are 8 hours or less. urge you to create your own clientele base. you don't have to work the same place everyday, so it is a nice change of pace and scenery. managers go to bat for you and defend you to customers and don't throw you under the bus.

Cons

dealing with angry unstable customers. retail industry so even though you have a flexible schedule the high volume shifts are the weekends. pay structure is great but hard to figure out and track at times. there are peaks and valleys in the industry things outside your control that make it frustrating at times. high volume days means great business but hard on your schedule and you have to be responsible to make sure you make time for yourself. its not an easy desk job you have to work for what you make. because the schedule is so flexible and you can determine how much you want to work there is no paid time off or vacation. but you are given 2 months of relief for months you don't hit quotas. so kind of a wash. no residuals so every month you start at 0.
