Pros

Highest uncapped commissions I have ever seen in the industry. Scheduling flexibility. Many people in these reviews are complaining about lack of advancement opportunities. It is solely numbers and tenure driven. If you are CONSISTENTLY a top performer. You will advance. If not, you wont.

Cons

100% commission with a draw may be a con to the people who are not very good at the job. Working at multiple locations that can require a lot of driving. Lots of middle management is very cutthroat.

The commission structure encourages top sales associates to work for themselves, invest in customers.

Cons

There isn't much room for upward mobility. Though the base staff are well-paid, if they can perform, there's nowhere to go from there, except to maximize your use of the incentive structure.
