      They have no values at all

      Cons

      They make you go thru training for one month and have you make money for other reps to get points to see if your worthy of the job well other markets don't even do that they are center egos all over the company and treat you like crap like if you were no one they act like their are better than anyone in life they scam people's accounts by selling their phones 50$more than retail cost and very unprofessional people

      Pros

      Money is good no matter the economy. Scheduling works well with work life balance. Company seems to grow and develop more programs that help their employees excel in their career. This company also focuses on staying ahead of the technology curve.

      Cons

      Taking time off hurts. Especially if you want to make money. Typical drive to work each day is over 30 minutes.

      Pros

      Flexibility is a plus depending on personality and if you are more of a go getter than others. Great for entry level position into sales. Room for growth in other markets.

      Cons

      Management lack stability and high turnover in employment. The new hire process is lacking and misses the mark to make one successful out of the gate after a grueling and challenging experience to be coded. Good ole boys environment; so if one is less than fond of you, you will be gone soon. Either force exiting or termination for some mediocre situation that has and often occurs in the industry.
