      Pros

      no micromanagement. Unlimited commission. Can usually find someone to work for you when you need day(s) off. Benefits and bonus structure. Friendly competition between teams. Fun atmosphere. This company cares about your lifestyle AND what you contribute to the company. Customer experience oriented.

      Best Sales Job Ever

      Pros

      I came from the car business and this is the best sales job ever. Flexable hours and days off. The other reps arent trying to cut your throat for a dollar so you truly feel the family atmosphere in a store. Everyone working for this company will bend over backwords to help you at every turn. Self improvement and growth is one of my favorite parts of this job. They actually want to help you grow and be better instead of cutting you if your a slow learner. Love this company and will work here for a very long time!

      Cons

      Um its honestly truly hard to think of any cons for this cellular sales. I guess you can complain that they dont buy you free food everyday lol

      Pros

      There is a flexible schedule where you can switch with a co-worker without management approval. Great work environment.

      Cons

      Commission only. You earn a draw towards your commission but you can also lose commission if someone cancels their contract with Verizon
