Great pay, flexibility and great team environment. As long as you put in the work the results will show in your pay.

Cons

Might have to work weekends and it’s commission based. The more you put in the more you make. But that also means you loose some flexibility. Difficult to find balance, once you do, it’s an amazing career.

I find it hilarious that some of these negative comments by past “reps” were probably reps or should I say clerks that depended on door traffic and didn’t know how to sell or maximize sales. People will make excuses anywhere they’re not successful and these past clerks were definitely not successful here. Needless to say, this company is great, it provides you flexibility of schedule, you are your own boss and you have the potential and tools to make a ton of money. You get paid of devices you sell and gets spiffs, you also get paid off accessories and there are bonuses every now and then as well. Not only is the pay well but you also have room for growth and as long as you grind and hustle, and not clerk like these past jokers you will move up within the company as well.

Cons

None at all! The commission structure is great, you have the opportunity to make your own schedule and your own money. Only thing I suggest is let’s get some more bonuses going regularly! It helps push our reps to hit that goal and perform better, and deepen their pockets of course.
