      Pros

      The East Tennessee market blew me away as I began with the company. It is a highly positive culture where everyone strives for one another to succeed. I learned many ways to look for opportunities that was mutually beneficial for the customers and the company. Leadership is phenomenal, with trainings and continual growth everyone in those roles thrive on seeing others succeed. This is a great opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

      Great commission structure Can be flexible scheduling if you have some seniority Very supportive co-workers Management does seem to genuinely care about everyone's wellbeing Good training

      It's retail, and as such, you will be required to work No PTO Management can be difficult to deal with
