      Owner, Dane, was a fantastic leader and set the standard for what I look for in a great business owner and leader.

      Pros

      Great place to work with some awesome culture and compensation.

      Cons

      Due to the standard practice of retail sales, managing life and work balance can be a challenge. It can be done but you have to work at it. You can make great money while only working 30-40 hours but you have to self manage yourself not to get pulled into the 50+ hour work weeks.
