I joined the Cellular Sales team, in hopes of gaining a job. But, soon realized that working for this company really is the start of a lucrative sales career. As a Sales Rep, you are responsible for your time, your customers and your contribution to the success of the team.

Cons

As a Sales Rep, you must stay organized, remembering to utilized your time with customers wisely. Its very simular to running your own business, without all the stress.

Pros

The power to use your knowledge and combining it with your team, to bring out the best in everyone. The freedom of control in a sale, as well as the ability to create a relationship with all customers for repeated service.

Cons

Sometimes employees don't take full advantage of every opportunity because they have no incentive in doing more. Comfortable employees don't have incentives to work harder if they accept where they are at and their performance level.
