Pros

Money is great if you can hustle and have great teammates. You choose your own hours and have opportunities to network through your customers.

Cons

Very male dominated "bro" culture, so if you're female, you need thick skin and you need to work 100x harder. Pay is 100% commission and if a customer steals or deactivates their account before 180 days, you pay the loss out of pocket. Huge charge backs that come out of YOUR paycheck and take food off YOUR table. Not recommended as a single source of income. Very unpredictable months. And as usual, you will deal with customers who want to blame you for everything (but that comes with the territory in any customer service position.) Slow months hurt the wallet.

Pros

I really like the business model. I feel like it was set up for me to succeed. We get to work together as a team which I have never been able to do as a competitive salesman. The business model tees up great customer service. I love that I get to select my own schedule. I have a family and the flexibility is what really drew me to the position in the first place. Last but not least the money here is fantastic if you put in the effort.

Cons

There is competitive internal movement within the company.....but.....there isn't a lot of turnover within management... Hence, steep competition for positions that do come available. This is a reactive industry so you have to be adaptable and at times this can be very exhausting. Plus the customers can be crazy

Pros

Cellular Sales is a challenging but very rewarding work place if you have an entrepreneur's mind set. The sales process that the company exhibits is both honest and professional, but the aspect that I enjoy most is the culture. From top to bottom an employee feels empowered and fully supported by both management and fellow sales reps. The continuous training opportunities also allow a sales rep to really develop into a true sales professional, regardless of past sales experience.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is definitely working with the public, you never know what the next door swing will bring your way. If you are not a patient person or do not have a servant's heart, this is probably not the place for you.
