Pros

The people that I work with are top notch and the wages are based exclusively on your ability to sell. Work harder and you'll be rewarded with a bigger paycheck. The pay is commission based.

Cons

The market that I work in is a little tough to sell in because of the average salary in the area. Charge-backs are always an issue for sales people but they are remedying the issue with Verizon's EDGE program

Highest commissions in the industry, no micromanagement, not a shark tank environment, awesome people to work with

Cons

Time off can be difficult get if you can't get your shift covered.
