Pros

I love working at Cellular Sales for that fact that I can actually HELP customers, most sales jobs I have had in the past were all about the SALE NOW, were all about selling no matter what. Cellular Sales made it clear to me that repeat business, customer service and being ethical come way before just making the sale. We have a trememdous atmosphere with tons of dedicated professionals that LOVE coming to work. I run a team in the Bensalem-Philadelphia area that goes out together, works as a team or more important as a family.

Cons

The challenges working here having been some staffing issues in other areas, it seems in a world that so many people are unemployed we sometimes can't find quality people. I have confidence in our new recruiting team though and feel that we are ready to make a VERY postive swing.

Pros

You are free to prospect business outside of the store on your own wih out being middle managed. The sky is the limit on commisons from this, so the more hard work and effort you put in the more you get out. The job is reliant on your perfomance thus the better you perform the more money you make.

Cons

Hours can get a little excessive so be prepared to make your best effort. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO JUST SIT ON YOUR HANDS AND GET PAID THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. YOU MUST COME TO WORK TO WORK!

Pros

Flexibility to work at different times of the day and at different store locations, which is refreshing. Good team atmosphere. Good place to make some money but would not recommend as a career.

Cons

Your only real motivation to sale more phones is the "tier system". There are months where you can try your hardest to sell as much as possible, working double shifts and picking up days you had free to meet your quota. If you dont meet your quota you drop from tier 3 to tier 2 (or tier 1) and see your checks drop anywhere from $400-1000.
