Pros

The company leaves your sales up to you to make. Facebook, email, cold call, find businesses. Your possibilities are near endless. You are basically using a companies resources to be successful. I can do well or I can starve. It's up to me.

Cons

It's up to you. If the store does not have the phone or accessories then you can't sell them. Consistently I will lose sales because I don't have the merchandise. You also get charged back for customers who don't complete 6 months. Which means I may have as few as 100 taken out of my check to as much as over 1000. And I have no control over it. There is also little to no oversight. I've seen reps sale phones for 130 more than it costs. I've seen reps con customers over and over again. It's supposed to be a concierge service but most simply clerk and avoid leaving others to pick up their mess.

Pros

Flexible schedule, easy work, work as much as you want.

Cons

Not enough in career progress, challenges, and rewards. The Coastal Texas Market has changed since it started. It seems much less like professional job but rather it seems like just something to do in between "real" jobs. The money that you make annually is not worth the amount of time that is spent. There needs to be more marketing/advertising of individual locations.

Pros

Fun work atmosphere, no direct supervision

Cons

Pay is pure commission and varies from month to month. Also, if phones sold do not remain on the customer's account for at least 6 months, reps are charged back not only their commission but the loss the company took on the phone
