Pros

You can make some money here, probably 40-60K per year, some do better, some worse.

Cons

the rules, requirements to make certain commission levels are sometimes unreasonable. You've got to set your own standards if you want to treat customers right. There is a tendency for some reps to be less than scrupulous with customers, just to make a sale or make more money from the customer, because it is a straight-commission job. If you don't sell something, then you don't get paid anything. You do lots of customer service for free. No paid vacation. If you take off, then you are just losing money.

Pros

Can be a high paying job for someone with little experience. Great place to start if you want a career in sales.

Cons

Changes that benefit the company seem to happen on the fly while changes benefiting reps take months to implement. The wireless market is becoming saturated and it is increasingly difficult to meet company's demand for growth.
