Pros

-Highest Commissions in the Wireless Industry. - Great Opportunity to learn the art of sales - Selling Verizon Wireless is easy - You work different locations, which helps you to build a larger clientele - Shared Commissions make it more of a 'team' environment

Cons

- Management is Overworked and Underpaid (therefore unable to give you the time and help that you need) - Chargebacks can often be twice the amount of your commissions (don't sell to everyone) - Not much of an opportunity for career advancement - Not being 'Corporate' can really hurt your reputation when working with a customer that is 'on the fence'

Flexible hours. No capped income. Great environment in the stores. Easy product to sell.

Cons

Almost daily use of the carrot and stick theory. Constant changes in their commission structure. Shady Deact money withhold from paycheck.

You have a good work/life balance. Hours are good so you have time to spend with family.

Cons

Commisions have decreased almost 30%, terrible benefits, no pay time off, no holiday pay, no hourly pay
