Pros

Strong sales company, hiring new business, lot of personal accountability. Management is awesome. Good group of people to work with. I had multiple job offerings while working here which eventually got me into a better job.

Cons

Pushed into selling for personal profits rather than what the customer might actually want. Income is driven off a tier system which does not include selling iphones. Employees are taught to and essentially forced to push people into Droid phones so that you can hit your tier requirements for getting paid because the iPhone doesnt count as a sale.

Pros

Relatively relaxed atmosphere with some cool coworkers

Cons

Impossible sales requirements (1-3 out of 26 employees hit the mark every month, the mark is 3,500 dollars). I have never seen anyone make the promised 5,000. After "charge backs" and "deacts" you will end up making around anywhere from 700-2,200 a month on average.
