Pros

You learn valuable communications skills that will benefit you in any work place. The supervisors are great and really look for ways to help you improve. There are no egos within management, everyone is willing to help you! A lot of room for advancement (with the growth of Cellular Sales new jobs are being created everyday!) If you don't excel in one area, there are several other areas in the call center to excel at.

Cons

If you don't like change or adapt to it well, working at the call center might be challenging for you.

Pros

There are always opportunities coming up to join new programs or move up in the company. Everyone is extremely helpful and open to answer any questions you may have. The overall work environment is pleasant to work in, relatively calm and relaxed - not too distracting. They make it easy to give your own ideas and suggestions to the team and to actually see them put into play.

Cons

It is my first office environment to work in, and the lack of natural light in the call center is a little hard to get used to. Also, some of the incentives are harder to achieve or not even available if you put in the extra effort to join a new program, take on more responsibility and put your skills to the test.

Pros

Laid back environment while making phone calls Callers are easy to get along with Openness to share ideas Training is great Prizes are GREAT Requirements are not strict Rules are not unreasonable Opportunities for growth Having fun days, pot lucks, and fundraisers Good central west knoxville location

Cons

Exceptions are allowed to rules, sometimes based off of personal feelings and reasons from management Management "listens" to ideas but does not "act" upon the ideas A few female managers and supervisors let their emotions dictate their actions Callers are held to higher standards than management Management seems to look at their selves as high and mighty. If they read this review they may begin to give reasons about how it is not them that is the problem or wrong.
