Pros

extremely flexible schedule top commissions in the industry operate with minimal micro-managing/ high autonomy (if you're a middle to high performer)

Cons

recently dropped independent contractor status and forced to become company employee, resulting in higher tax rate no paid vacations can't always compete with corporate Verizon promotions based on Cellular Sales profit margins

Pros

Cellular Sales offers unlimited income potential to those willing to earn it. The commission structure is high and rewards people who perform at a high level with bonuses.

Cons

Benefits are lacking due to status as an independent contractor. If you are NOT self-motivated and eager to do your best every day, you will not make enough money riding on others' coat-tails.

Pros

I can tell you with 100% certainty that the best reason to work here is the unlimited income potential you have as a partner of this company. I say partner because that is exactally what you are when you work here. You share the profit that you make with each sale 50/50. And what is better is Cellular Sales takes all the risk but they share the rewards. I don't know of another company/place to work where you are treated so well. I know there are some reviews out there that say Cellular Sales is an unfair place to work. If it is unfair to own your own business where you have a store front, merchandise, and customers provided to you at no charge then you all are right it is unfair. I have never seen a place where they provide ALL they tools you need to be successful and then share you in the profit. They provide everything that you will need on a daily basis. The only thing you have to provide is yourself, a winning attitude, and a smile. And sometimes you don't even need the smile but it is definately a plus!!!

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that you sometimes have to work with people who don't believe this opportunity to a career and do not treat it like one. Or they just don't bring their winning attitude or themselves to work. Yes their is some inherent risk in any job but no more in this one than any other.
