Pros

Flexible hours, nodbody is constantly looking over your shoulder. You decide how persistent you want to be.

Cons

Low commissions, we are expected to sale phones at higher prices that other retailers and constantly lose customer becuase of this. There is no base pay. It is straight commission. I have to drive several days a week to stores that are an hour plus away from home. Which would be okay if I was guarenteed to get something in return. This is not the case, no sales for the day = $0 pay for the 8 hours I just provided customer service and accept payments for the company.

Potential huge income opportunity

Pros

The company offers a supportive environment with minimal supervision. Goal oriented, focused and driven sales professionals can do very well. Working in multiple stores on various shifts offers flexibility and a great team environment. It is pure commission sales, so theoretically there is no ceiling on the money that can be earned. Their main philosophy is built around providing stellar customer service and building life-long relationships with customers.

Cons

Sales professionals get charged for the equipment loss when a customer deactivates/defaults on his account in the first 180 days of service. This means if an iPhone is sold for $200 with a 2 year contract and the customer deactivates the service within 180 days, the employee (NOT the company) gets charged for part of the equipment loss (=the difference between retail price of $760 and the $200 contracted price of the phone).
