Pros

Uncapped commission, partnered with an industry leader in Verizon. With seniority, a flexible schedule. 401k and health benefits.

Cons

Told no micromanaging, but that does not stay true. Poor communication from management when it comes to schedule changes and meetings. Also an HR department that does very little to follow up. No sick pay or paid holidays, mandatory unpaid meetings. Schedule not flexible when you begin.
