- Great Product, definitely see the long term vision for the product - Great company culture. The people there are simply amazing! There's also great opportunities for you to be involved in activities, events, sports, etc.

Cons

- Extremely uncompetitive pay - No short term vision for the product, can't focus on one or a few features, keep pivoting the product strategy and are not organized - Time to value of product has actually increased during the 2 years I was there - Inexperienced management, a lot of VPs were promoted from within and they have little to no experience outside of Celonis - Not many opportunities for career growth

Interviews went well and the warm culture can be felt during each interaction with the recruiters. Interviewers were clear and transparent throughout, always swiftly answering any concern or questions. The challenge interview helps to understand what is required from the position. Well rounded benefits package including RSUs.

Cons

Salary could be more competitive, especially for experienced applicants.
