Pros

-First of it's kind product -Intelligent and motivated employees -Stocked Kitchen -Great NY office -Enterprise level experience

Cons

-Poor pay -With the exception of the former Qlik employees, leadership across the board even c-level is inexperienced -Subjective promotions/firings -Poor benefits -Zero equity -Premature product from a market stand point.

Pros

Lots of excellent training and enablement. Though many think there is too much. The product is excellent, and I love the approach to quantifying value. Overall, the business seems to be doing well, though there seems to be some internal overselling. The founders have a terrific vision; they seem relatable and do a great job explaining the nuance of many decisions that are made.

Cons

There is a lot of talk about "Best Team Wins"; however, Celonis does not back up that statement with their wallet. The comp plan is mediocre. It seems not many people are hitting it. They coupled this with the worst healthcare benefits I have ever experienced and a pitiful RSU program. Culture is lacking, and I think it's hard for those excited about the opportunity to remain excited for a long time. There is conflict in both the channel and amongst some sellers at Celonis.
