      The office at 1 world trade center is beautiful

      Cons

      So many... Leadership has no start up experience. All have come from big name companies and are here to cash in one last time Product is not fully baked. Impossible to get Sale engineering help - Reps must demo on first call before ever asking for support. Day to day consists of composing Salesloft cadences. 1 rep has hit quota in 2 years (key segment)

      Amazing product, embarrassing equity

      Amazing product, great reputation, industry leader (and inventor)

      Cons

      Equity piece is embarrassing considering the space. Shockingly low options given out and worse for all the new hires. No path to additional equity through high performance bonus or commission conversion. It’s not uncommon to hear about reps leaving for more options or RSUs at other software shops. Operates like a massive company which can be challenging. I feel bad for new reps starting at such a crazy time.

      Great product, interesting time

      The software is probably the most transformative technology on the market right now. North American customers struggle to get their heads around it, but after a while, I'm pretty sure Celonis and their eventual competitors will be changing the way teams work and how real transformation is carried out

      Cons

      The Salesforce leadership from Madrid and now USA are quickly gutting the company and taking over. This couldnt honestly be a necessary, though unpleasant, moment for the company. For a lot of people its a good time to be there or to join. But for many others, its a really thankless brutal slog where paranoid managers obsess over pipeline and customer behavior out of anyone's control. The culture is currently toxic and people who've been there for a few years are quickly leaving.
