Great people and solid culture. Really cool product with a lot of potential. Not always the easiest to sell despite its potential. Your experience at the company could really depend on your management. I would recommend working here to others.

Cons

Lack of career growth unless you’re willing to go lateral. They’re working to improve this but it’s still a work in progress.

We have a healthy culture, meaningful values, and respect for one another. We are a 15-year-old enterprise with a startup mindset. We move fast, work hard, and get to break things so we can improve. We are a hyperconnected team of global collaborators and problem solvers inspired by tackling difficult problems for governments and companies around the globe; and we succeed.

Cons

Not really any personally—advice though. The later you are in your career, the less headroom there is—so be mindful of that if you're not keen in an individual contributor role.
