Management and leadership really cares about your well-being. I enjoyed the "rest days".

Cons

Not a con, but a need for improvement in regards to leadership training. Training the managers how to be leaders.

Product is incredible, smart peers, compensation/benefits, interesting work, offers an opportunity rarely found in the market.

Cons

Growing pains, particularly in CVA which has been in a period of plug and play leadership/direction since all leads are brand new. Must improve on diversity as we grow.
