Very fast paced, with amazing opportunities for growth on a personal and company-wide level. Senior leadership both central and regional are very strong and passionate and strong culture of autonomy in working teams. Smart people, strong purpose, great place to work.

Cons

Young company and not always a structured way of doing things. Need to be comfortable with change and with moving fast and autonomously.

Startup culture with a great collection of talented people. Really easy to be excited about your job when the product is great, your colleagues are all extremely talented, and the technology is still fairly new. Great onboarding program to help get you up to speed the first month of employment.

Cons

Given it's a startup environment, processes are still being built and roles are still being defined.
