Everyone is willing to help you ramp up and provide lessons learned. Managers want to get to know your personality outside of just who you are as an employee. The technology is extremely cool!

Cons

As the company has grown so fast it is not always clear who should be doing what, especially when all roles are not staffed on an engagement

- Steep learning curve - Great development potential (working here since almost 4 years and have been promoted 3 times) - Working with the smartest people, always fun and everyone is motivated to create something really big together - Awesome Product, no comparable product on the market - Great Culture in general

Cons

- Nothing to worry about, just normal hypergrowth growing pain ;-)
