      Pros

      I have recently joined Celonis and so far it's been a very good experience. The selection process was quite fast and I was able to meet the company founders and several other leaders who are not only very smart and accomplished but also great people. During my first week, I'm meeting lots of people and there is a clear thing in common: a great desired to collaborate and make a great impact.

      Cons

      Celonis is not a company for someone who is just looking to have an easy job where everything you have to do is well defined. However expect to enjoy it a lot if you like challenges and thrive while collaborating with others to build a great organization from the beginning.

      Pros

      - Fast growing company, with a lot of opportunities - Innovative product and huge diversity of projects - Excellent work-life balance - Attractive compensation and benefits package - Modern office in the city center - Amazing people - The company has a social purpose and empowers the employees to drive the change and contribute for a better world

      Cons

      - Only cons that comes from the top of my mind is the orgchart complexity, which sometimes makes it difficult to whom we should contact for support

      New Hire (Oct. 2021) - Intense, but Excellent Hiring and Onboarding Process. The People at Celonis are fantastic!

      Pros

      The people at Celonis are exceptional! Super welcoming, willing to help out and collaborate, extremely intelligent & skilled. I've been very impressed, so far! Since the group is still new and growing, there's an opportunity to make an immediate impact and shape the trajectory of the practice Case Study Challenge during the interview process offers you the opportunity to use the product before you're hired. The product was what really sold me on Celonis. Training and Onboarding, while still working through some growing pains, is very in-depth and provides new hires with lots of practice within the Celonis environment. Assigned an onboarding buddy to help provide assistance throughout the training/onboarding process Opportunities to own, develop, and drive your own success The CVA team is very diverse and team members' backgrounds, experiences, and skillsets are from a variety of different areas Compensation is very competitive

      Cons

      A relatively new workstream within a hypergrowth company - still have growing pains that the team is working through Demand for CVAs is currently higher than the number of CVAs available for customer coverage - some CVAs are staffed on multiple engagements Need to be comfortable with a decent level of ambiguity
