      Joining Celonis was the best decision I've made in the last ten years.

      Pros

      The headline says it all. If you're like me, you are a forward-looking, young professional who wants to play an active role in being part of something bigger than yourself. Joining Celonis has allowed me to do just that. I have been afforded opportunities to take on challenges and solve complex problems that someone with my experience would otherwise have not been afforded at a "typical" company. Further, the team spirit at Celonis is second to none. Many of us have joined because the technology, but stay for the team and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains in a small company: long hours, short-staffed in certain situations, still figuring out processes are we are building them.

      Fast growing and exciting place to work

      Pros

      This is a truly fast moving organisation. This provides great opportunity and its very exciting. It has a very European feel to the company, which is great. What we are doing is truly making a difference to our customers and that is why we are growing so fast. It is also very rewarding.

      Cons

      Its growing quick, you have to like and understand that environment. Change is a norm and it isn't for everyone.
