      Pros

      I am happy to work at Celonis. The company is a really fast growing in the industry. I really like the quality of codes. They always take care about the quality of codes instead of quantity of codes. Our colleagues at Celonis are very warm and they have some good plan to onboard new joiners. You will get some really good information about the company and business in the onboarding process.

      Cons

      Maybe if there are some supports for international developers who it is the first time that they are in Munich it should be fine. e.g finding a home in Munich is really hard for foreign people.
