      In-depth material given in advance to finish required training during on-boarding days. It helps in learning company and role specific aspects which eventually would help in day to day work

      Cons

      training tracks are overwhelming given the fact that they are self learning

      - Super promising techno with impressive impact that I have witnessed so far - Wide range of client industry, processes and use cases - Access to senior stakeholders and contribution to strategic discussion - Hypergrowth mode: you are always pushed to stretch and give the best. A lot of opportunities to seize

      - Hypergrowth mode: sometimes lack of structure, you have to find your own way around things. But that is also part of the fun
