      Pros

      - Super fast pace. Everyday is an exciting challenge - Great team - fun, honest and supportive & always available (from CEO down) - I feel empowered - An incredible game changing product. It will be an amazing journey - Work life balance is spot on - Hired me during a pandemic.... backing their team no matter what

      Cons

      - Normal scale up issues. Change is normal in this kind of environment and you have to be happy to pivot on a dime at any moment. I truly think any of the less positive comments found from ex employees are because this is either a pace and culture that suits you; or not. I love it and am totally thriving - Loads to learn - I personally love this but you'll have to keep up!

      Celonis is growing at an incredible rate and has evolved a lot in the last 12 months, having grown from 600 - 1200 people in the last year and dramatically enhanced their offering. Being part of a company at such a time in their pre-IPO growth is extraordinary. Highly entrepreneurial, no-one is 'just a number', there is a lot of energy, enthusiasm, willingness to work as a team and help each other. Sustainability, diversity, and education are all key topics for the founders and employees. There are huge career opportunities for those that join and it is an opportunity to sky rocket your career in a short space of time. The hierarchy is incredibly short (in some ways does not actually exist).

      Cons

      The pace is very fast and may not be right for everyone There are not yet processes for everything or answers for everything - this is part of the excitement for some, but others will find challenging
