      Pros

      Process mining consultants get a lot of independence, responsibility and exposure to senior level execs at our customers.

      Cons

      Not enough support from the company - sales makes promises that are very difficult to fulfill from a delivery perspective, the product team is not very accessible for technical support.

      Bright colleagues, interesting challenges, growing market.

      Cons

      Leadership is bossy, arrogant and bullies people through fear into working insane amounts of hours. Values are fake, market externally but broken and not lived by executives. Lying is common practice. To customers, to employees, breaking trust is normal. Bro culture with mediocre managers covering for each other and hyper aggressive attitude. "We're at war", "Crush competitors", "Conquer objectives" are just some examples of commonplace, daily language.
