      Pros

      - Empowering, clear, open communication and messaging from C-Suite and Management. -Organic culture (2/3 of Celonis have been hired during pandemic this in itself creates a special culture of support and understanding) ongoing focus into people and culture going forward. -Taking a world-class SaaS product to market - our story is amazing , being part of a bigger picture and journey and feeling part of the overall business working towards the same goals. -Trust and flexibility with working hours/ do what you need to do, all about output, none prescriptive schedule. - Great L&D opportunities, lots of options for internal mobility - great to place to learn from some of the smartest people in the tech world!

      Cons

      -This is a tech scale up, it can be a million miles an hour with never enough time to do what is needed to be done, personally I love this as work at my best under pressure but if you prefer a slower pace you may struggle to keep afloat.
