      Pros

      I have read a few negative reviews on here, but i think that is the symptom of a changing environment and a company preparing for growth. Celonis has an incredible product and customer list. fun environment. great culture with lots of transparency. a truly dynamic environment with lots of opportunity for growth

      Cons

      there is lots of change as with any growth environment and that can create ambiguity. Some people need help navigating that and should be supported on that journey

      Pros

      *The product backs up its good looks with real business value. *Recent leadership hires are bringing in much needed professionalization. * Talented people as a rule *Bright trajectory

      Cons

      *Mediocre employee experience because Celonis is fundamentally a product-first people-second company. C-suite talks up culture a lot but the money does not follow the rhetoric. Honestly people don't care about strength finders or fluffy zooms. People care about market-rate equity packages, market-rate benefits and basic support for WFH, like reimbursing for home internet. How far can you drive culture when your people feel cheaped out on and undervalued. Culture and commitment are TWO-way streets *EMS hype is way ahead of where the product is and what most customers can digest. Too much marketing mumbo jumbo, not enough substance, lots of confusion in the field. Look no further than UiPath to see what happens when you get too drunk on your own koolaid. * Chronically understaffed post-sales org. Lots of value being left on the table while waiting for the ecosystem to catch up
