Pros
A fantastic product/service offering helping customers improve the way their businesses run, no wonder the company has grown so fast. Highly energised and capable colleagues in all roles. Great culture and work ethic - employee wellbeing features high on the agenda, as does listening to the staff and offering support to enable everyone to succeed in their roles. Good internal communications. The founders still run the company and, along with the senior management team, are accessible/regularly engaged with the multinational workforce, actively demonstrating the values of the company in their actions.
Cons
Growing this fast might not be for everyone, tolerance of uncertainty and change perhaps needs to be higher than in a more established or slower growing company, but others will find the opportunities to work with colleagues from all over the globe, to help shape the future and mature the company ways of working exciting and motivating.
